Our TWINS CARE health subscription offers you a dedicated Digital iPouch/Stoma nurse available 365 days a year, including out-of-hours support—early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays. This is predominantly via email, messages and short up-to 15-minute phone calls when advice is needed within the same day and cannot wait for an appointment to be arranged, or when you simply need quick advice. Our nurses provide diet and lifestyle advice, complication management, psychosocial support, and more.
TWINS Care Health Subscription costs £25.00 a month, providing 365 days/year of digital specialist nurse health care services via our advicelines/helplines*, ensuring remote support for your health and wellbeing 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including out-of-hours, evenings, weekends and bank holidays support. You can access our email and telephone helpline. Our specialist nurses will be able to assess and provide quick advice.

Our advice line provides quick advice, available 365 days/year, out-of-hours, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This is predominantly via email, messages and short up-to 15-minute phone calls when advice is needed within the same day and cannot wait for an appointment to be arranged, or when you simply need quick advice.
Example: suspected blockage, sudden high output, quick dinner advice (e.g. "Can I have fish tonight?"; "Can I drink alcohol while on this medication?"), quick advice on new supplements/medication, help with GP requests, stoma/ipouch deliveries, etc.
