What is the TWINS Financial Hardship Service?

We are a private nursing company dedicated to providing exceptional specialist care for individuals with ileoanal pouches (ipouch) and stomas. In line with our vision and mission, we also offer nursing services to patients who encounter financial hardship and are unable to afford private care.

We are a small family business, and we try our best to support all stoma and ipouch patients who need our care and support. We believe that everyone deserves specialist care, whether they are preparing for stoma or ipouch surgery, need ongoing support and follow-up, or are facing challenges with their ipouch or stoma.

We support our Financial Hardship Services by sourcing self-funded streams, via private care (self-payments or insurance), subscription to our affordable monthly care packages, corporate sponsorship and funding, or TWINS merchandise purchases from our store.
