At TWINS for iPouch & Stoma Patients, we are more than just healthcare professionals, we are a community dedicated to providing specialist nursing care to every individual with a stoma or an ipouch, regardless of their financial situation.

As a small family-run company, we are committed to ensuring that no one is left behind. While some can afford private or self-pay care, we recognise that others cannot. That’s why our iPouch & Stoma nurses provide high-quality care to anyone, including those experiencing financial hardship.

To sustain this mission, continue the running of services, and ensure our specialist nurses receive fair compensation while delivering premium care, we rely on income from:

  • Your donation will go where it is needed most at the time, either to direct patient care, medical equipment costs, or essential non-clinical work such as research, innovation or campaigning, ensuring we can be there for anyone with a stoma or ipouch.

    Use of Donations

    Donated funds and items will be allocated as follows:

    • Patient Support: Funds will be used to subsidise or fully cover the cost of nursing care for patients facing financial hardship.

    • Operational Enhancements: Donations may be used to purchase modern equipment, support ongoing staff training, and improve service delivery.

    • Community Outreach and Education: Resources will be allocated for initiatives that promote patient education and professional development in the fields of stoma and pouch care.

    • Research and Innovation: Resources will be strategically allocated to drive research and innovation, fostering advancements in product development and service delivery. This includes trialling new products, implementing innovative care models, conducting case studies, disseminating research findings, refining service approaches that enhance patient care and improve the quality of life for individuals requiring stoma and pouch care.

    Every allocation is thoroughly documented and subject to regular internal reviews and audits, ensuring rigorous accountability.

    • Acceptable Donations:

      • Monetary gifts are intended to fund patient care, staff training, and operational improvements.

      • In-kind contributions such as medical equipment or supplies that directly enhance patient services.

      • Sponsorships and partnerships from organisations whose values align with our commitment to high-quality, accessible nursing care.

    • Unacceptable Donations:

      • Contributions tied to conditions that may compromise our operational independence or the integrity of our clinical care.

      • Donations from sources associated with unethical, illegal, or morally questionable activities.

    TWINS Ltd reserves the right to decline any donation that conflicts with these principles.

  • Your donation has no fixed duration. We hope it will be a long-term engagement, yet you are free to make a single donation, or end your long-term donation plan whenever you choose by reaching out to our team via email at info@ipouch-stoma-twins.com.
